Cathedral View was purchased in 2007 by Andrew and Tracey Spence.  At that time the site was undeveloped with planning permission for 35 units. 

Since 2000 we have worked in the construction industry developing leisure and caravan parks throughout the country. 

We developed the site during the summer of 2009 aiming to provide the customer with an excellent range of surroundings in which they can enjoy their holiday home. 

Our ground rents are very competitive and our service to our customers is our first priority.
